Because our baking mixes are crafted for taste and safety, all sales are final once shipped. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened packages, but we always want to make sure you have a wonderful baking experience!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at support@themamayas.net (or through our contact page). Simply include your order number along with a quick photo of the issue, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
We work quickly to get your mixes shipped out! You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before shipment. Once a tracking number is created, your order is in motion and can no longer be canceled.
